Entries
Both preliminary and final entries should be made via the teams’ on-line entry system in the manner to be prescribed by European Athletics and shall include such details as required by European Athletics.
Each European Athletics Member Federation may enter one men’s and one women’s team, each comprising a maximum of 4 (four) athletes.
Only athletes aged at least 16 (sixteen) years on 31 December of the year of the competition may participate in the Heptathlon event of the European Cup Combined Events.
Only athletes aged at least 18 (eighteen) years on 31 December of the year of the competition may participate in the Decathlon event of the European Cup Combined Events.

NB! Citizens of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine need visas to enter Estonia.
